Returns & Refunds Policy
At ROKOR, we want every order to be right. Please read the policy below before placing your order, especially for teamwear and custom-made products.
Retail Products
For standard retail products purchased from our online store, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unused and in its original condition

Returned with all tags and packaging where applicable

Free from marks, odours, damage or signs of wear

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return has been approved and received, we will inspect the item and process your refund back to the original payment method.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition.
Teamwear, Club Kit & Custom Orders
All teamwear, club kit, personalised products and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their custom nature.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Club kit

Match kit
-
Training wear
-
Travel wear
-
Products with club crests, sponsor logos or custom designs

Products with initials, names, numbers or personalisation

Bespoke team orders

Made-to-order club shop items
Because these items are produced specifically for your club, team or individual order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, player changes or order mistakes once production has started.
Please check all sizing, names, numbers, initials, logos, colours and order details carefully before confirming your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos where possible.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault or an error made by ROKOR, we will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution. This may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.

To request a return for a standard retail product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns must not be sent back without contacting us first.
Important Notes
ROKOR is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original delivery charges may not be refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
